PECAN CRUSTED CHICKEN with BBQ SPICED CARROTS
May 12, 2017 – This meal got mixed reviews at my house. My husband and I both loved the chicken…it was moist and tender with a wonderfully nutty crunch from the pecan topping. As far as the carrots go, I loved them, but my hubby hated them. He didn’t like the BBQ spice combined with the carrots at all. I thought they were tasty and went well with the chicken…providing a different flavor sensation that wasn’t overwhelmed by the pecans…but he did not agree with me. Definitely mixed reviews this time.
