GARLIC-STUDDED PORK TENDERLOIN with ASPARAGUS and MUSTARD-CREAM BEARNAISE SAUCE
June 22, 2017 – That title is a mouthful…and so is this wonderful meal! The pork tenderloin was literally stuffed full of flavor from the garlic slices studded all over the top before you cook it. The asparagus was fresh and crisp and worked perfectly with the pork. The sauce was another Home Chef miracle. Somehow, they take 2-3 simple ingredients and figure out how to make them taste like a million bucks! This sauce literally took less than 5 minutes…Saute some shallots in butter, add some fresh tarragon, dijon mustard and cream. BOOM! That’s it! And the flavor is seriously amazing. Even my mustard-hating husband loved it and ate extra! Like I said…a miracle!
