FRENCH MUSTARD-THYME BUTTER PORK CHOPS with KALETTES
June 21, 2017 – This was a simple and quick meal to prepare, and it came together in less than 30 minutes. The pork chops were moist and tender and full of flavor that was accented nicely with the grainy mustard-thyme butter topping. The kalettes were fresh and yummy and were highlighted with a mild, red onion and garlic flavor…and I added my Garlic Chili Lime Sweet Potatoes as an extra side dish. A great mix of flavors from a simple meal.
